Small Group Personal Training
HappyLee Fitness Studio offers Small Group Classes in TRX , Strength, Cardio and Flexibility exercises. All classes are run by personal trainers and/or fitness coaches.
HappyLee Fitness Small Group Personal Training is for everyone! While one on one personal training is a great option, training with others is more cost effective and often more fun! Â You can participate in currently offered sessions or request your own time slots with a group of friends. Â The professional fitness trainers who service HappyLee Fitness Members are here to help you get get well and get strong. Â 30 minute and 55 minute sessions are available.
