Chuck “Happy” Hall
Chuck is an owner of both HappyLee Fitness and InShapeMD~Severna Park with his partner Lee Sallustio. Chuck began his professional fitness career in 1984. Over the last 30 years Chuck has worked in all phases of fitness. Chuck has earned certifications in personal training, nutrition and group fitness. He has worked with sales teams, has been a general manger, executive director and owner within the industry. Chuck has worked as a consultant for three of the top 100 health clubs in the United States. His well-rounded background has made him an industry expert. He has developed systems for nutrition programs, personal training programs, sales and service. Chuck has done thousands of wellness intakes and really has developed a keen sense of understanding the customer’s needs. As a fitness professional he is constantly encouraging people to move.

Lee Sallustio
Lee Sallustio Hall is a career fitness, health and nutrition professional. Lee decided at an early age that she was going to be a fitness and nutrition expert and built an outstanding resume within the field. Lee has been a personal fitness trainer, a nutritional consultant, a business consultant, a general manager and an owner. She has guided thousands of people to wellness through her nutritional guidance, her training expertise and overall knowledge of wellness.
Lee has worked with people of all different ages, various fitness levels and all different needs. Lee has 30+ years in the industry, along with multiple advanced degrees in fitness, such as kinesiology, nutrition and exercise science. Her background gives Lee not only the experience but the ability to assess, create and coach programming for anyone’s fitness and wellness needs.
As a life long passionate fitness, nutrition, weight loss and health career professional, Lee has a passion for bringing people to wellness and optimal health. She has served 1000’s of members in nutritional guidance. For over 13 years, she owned a nutrition and fitness studio in Annapolis called In Good Health. Presently she co- owns InShapeMD~Severna Park and HappyLee Fitness. Lee has lead teams and departments in large health clubs and small studios. She understands how to develop programs for customers and over her career she has developed some of the best programming within the fitness industry. Lee is a wellness expert, and anyone who gets the chance to work with her will learn in a short period that their life is about to get better.
Julie Rheault, CRNP
Julie is our Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner here at InShapeMD~Severna Park. Julie has spent decades in the medical field, working with both men and women and assisting them with their health. She truly enjoys helping others and her passion truly shows. Her career spans over 37 years and she has worked in multiple settings guiding patients on many subjects including weight loss, hormonal wellness and overall living towards a healthier lifestyle. Additionally she truly practices what she preaches. For the last several years she has consistently taken better care of herself with a healthier lifestyle, regular fitness program and understands what is involved to reduce her own body weight by 40 pounds and how to keep it off.
Angie McCormick
Angie is a medical assistant with 9 years clinical experience. Angie handles all appointments/blood work/lab work and general office needs. She is really the driving force in keeping InShapeMD moving smoothly. We are so grateful to have her as part of our team but more importantly we are happy that she is part of the culture of customer service that we want to be known for. Jim Cleveland
Jim brings a ton of experience to his training clients and HappyLee Fitness. He has such a personal passion for helping everyone achieve their goals.
As a competitive athlete in high school and college, Jim understands what it takes to establish goals and developing the necessary strategies to cross the finish line! Jim has competed as a soccer player, wrestler, martial artist, and runner. His success on the playing field, arena, dojo, or running trail has lead him to further develop his passion for helping people succeed in their fitness endeavors. His fitness clients come from a diversified background, from athletes to special populations, with the age range between 6 years old to 82 years old.
Jim has participated in many running races from 5K’s to Marathons and has successfully trained some of his fitness clients to complete 5K, 10K, Half-Marathon, and Marathon races.Jim graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina. He has worked as a fitness trainer for over twelve years and is certified through NSCA as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and ISSA as a Certified Fitness Trainer. Also, he is certified in CPR and AED through the American Health Association and is a published fitness author.
Amanda Detrich
Amanda Detrich is a certified physical therapist and athletic trainer with over 6 years of experience. Amanda prides herself on creativity and personalization of exercise prescription. She is a born leader and innovator who uses her Doctoral-level knowledge of orthopedics and neuromuscular rehabilitation to get her clients stronger and moving well. In addition to rehabilitative treatments, Amanda uses her skills to help prevent injury and promote health through personal and group fitness training, as well as functional movement screenings.
Beginning her academic career at University of Delaware, Amanda earned a dual Bachelor’s degree in both Athletic Training and Exercise Physiology. She, then, went on to the Rutgers School of Health Related Professions (formerly UMDNJ), where she achieved her Doctorate in Physical Therapy while working as a certified athletic trainer. While at Rutgers, Amanda completed Doctoral Internships at John F. Kennedy Medical Center, as well as an outpatient internship at Pivot Physical Therapy in Arnold, MD. Amanda currently treats as a physical therapist at Pivot in Arnold!
As a lifelong resident of Pasadena, Maryland, Amanda enjoys boating, playing with her puppy Cooper, and staying busy enjoying all the fun festivals and restaurants Annapolis and Baltimore have to offer.
